Item 5: Fees and Compensation
A. Fee Schedule
FINANCIAL PLANNING AND CONSULTING SERVICES
Alphanso offers its Members a range of financial planning and consultation services at
varying levels. Planning fees are disclosed at the time the agreement is signed and prior
to payment. Fees typically range from $1200 to $7,200 annually on a flat fee, subscription
basis, depending on the Member's needs. Alphanso also offers a 14-day free trial to all the
plans offered.
Alphanso reserves the right to offer promotions or discounts, which may change over
time and are subject to separate terms and conditions.
Note: Fee Differentials. Alphanso structures its financial planning fees based on each
Member’s individual service needs. As a result, fees may vary depending on factors such
as the complexity of the engagement, the expected number of meetings, servicing
requirements, related accounts, future earning potential, and the overall scope of services
to be provided.
Alphanso's pricing tiers are transparent and clearly available on their website. The
services offered by Alphanso may also be available from other advisors at lower fees, and
all Members and prospective Members should consider this when making their decision.
B. Payment of Fees
Alphanso generally bills for its financial planning services either quarterly or annually in
advance. Initial payments can be made using any digital payment method, with the option
for Members to have their planning fees deducted directly from their custodial account or
charged to their credit card. Both the Planning Agreement and the Custodial/Clearing
Agreement grant Alphanso the authority to instruct the custodian to deduct the planning
fees directly from the Member's account and remit the payment to Alphanso, in
accordance with applicable regulatory procedures.
Termination of services does not relieve the Member of their obligation to pay non-
refundable fees for the remainder of the payment period specified in the subscription.
Members will continue to have access to their online portal as outlined in the terms of
their planning agreement.

Alphanso uses a third-party service to facilitate all digital payment methods. In cases
where fees are to be deducted from the custodial account but funds are unavailable,
Alphanso has the authority to use the third-party service to charge the fees to the
Member’s credit card.
C. Client Responsibility For Third Party Fees
For investment accounts where Alphanso provides discretionary asset management,
Alphanso typically recommends Charles Schwab as the custodian for Member investment
assets. Custodians may charge brokerage commissions and/or transaction fees for certain
securities transactions (e.g., transaction fees for no-load mutual funds or commissions for
individual equity and fixed-income securities). These fees are fully retained by the
custodian and will be disclosed to the Member at the time of account opening.
For non-discretionary accounts, the Member is solely responsible for deciding
whether to accept or reject the Alphanso’s financial planning advice and for
implementing any investment recommendations. The Member understands they
are free to choose any advisor, brokerage firm, or other professional to implement
the Alphanso’s recommendations as well.
D. Outside Compensation For the Sale of Securities to Clients
Neither Alphanso nor its supervised persons accept any compensation for the sale of
investment products, including asset-based sales charges or service fees from the sale of
mutual funds.
