Item 5 – Fees and Compensation
INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT FEES
Aspen traditionally offers Investment Management services for long-term investors. Fees are
negotiable and may vary based on the size of the account, complexity of the portfolio, extent of
activity in the account or other reasons agreed upon by Aspen and the client.
Aspen’s advisory fees are not considered wrap fee arrangements. In addition to these management
fees, the client will separately pay all securities trading commissions, transaction costs, and other
charges that could occur as a result of the purchase or sale of securities for the client’s account (see

Item 7 – Types of Clients
Aspen may provide portfolio management services to individuals, corporate pension and profit-
sharing plans including 401(k) plans, Taft-Hartley plans, charitable institutions, foundations,
endowments, private investment funds, trusts, corporations or other business entities.
