Item 5 Fees and Compensation
Carrhae DIFC does not receive any compensation from the Funds for its sub-advisory services but,
together with any applicable taxes payable thereon, is compensated by the Investment Adviser
from time to time, as agreed.

To the extent that any Fund expenses are paid by the Company, or by any person on the Fund’s
behalf and whose expenses are charged to the Company, such Fund will reimburse the Company
for such expenses. For the avoidance of doubt, the Funds shall be responsible, at the Investment
Adviser’s direction and oversight, for all costs and expenses as permitted in the Fund’s applicable
Governing Documents. Upon termination of the sub-advisory agreements, the Company shall be
entitled to receive all fees and expenses accrued and due prior to the termination thereunder.

The fees and expenses paid by the Funds are described in more detail in Carrhae Capital’s Part 2A
of Form ADV.

Item 7 Types of Clients
The Company provides discretionary investment management services as the sub-adviser, subject
to oversight of the Investment Adviser, to manage the investment and re-investment of the cash
and assets of the Clients. Carrhae DIFC provides investment advisory services to the Funds and
pooled vehicles, as described above.

The minimum Fund investment will be $5,000,000; however, the Fund Board or Directors retain
sole discretion to waive the minimum investment requirement.
