5 – FEES AND COMPENSATION
CFIC charges the Shaolin Funds an annual Management Fee ranging from 1% to 1.5% (depending on
the Class) of net assets value, which is calculated and payable monthly in arrears.
In addition, the Clients may incur certain charges imposed by custodians, brokers, directors, auditors
etc., and other fees and taxes on brokerage accounts and securities transactions - none of which will
be receivable by CFIC.
Neither the Firm nor any of its employees receive compensation for the sale of securities or other
investment products.
