Fees and Compensation — Form ADV Part 2A (3/5/2026)
[Brochure]
Item 5. Fees and Compensation
For Advisory clients, the advisory fee will generally range between $85/hr. and $335/hr., or an agreed upon
flat fee, dependent upon advisory services to be provided to the client. This amount shall be payable as
billed by the firm, generally on a monthly basis. Under this arrangement, clients will not be eligible for
any refunds (except when a retainer exceeds hourly fees), as payments are not made until services
have been rendered. We do not deduct fees from clients’ assets.
Fees charged to clients may be higher or lower than the aforementioned fees depending on the nature of
any pre-existing relationship, the complexity of the advisor activity, or terms and conditions of any
existing written agreement with the client to which TFP is a party.
Advisory clients may have additional expenses, if insurance is purchased and/ or for any ongoing
bookkeeping or if other administration services are chosen.
TFP may require a retainer fee up to $500. Clients who wish to terminate their advisement agreement
may notify Adviser verbally, with written notice to follow within the next twenty-four (24) hours. At that time,
the client will owe only actual expenses incurred for time (at the specified hourly rate for advisors and staff
which ranges from $60-$335 per hour), any outside advisor costs, and travel expended on their behalf.
These expenses will be deducted from any retainer to determine the final amount due Trinity Financial
Partners or to be refunded to the Client. Any refunds due to the client will be forwarded, by check, through
the US Postal service to the last known client address within 30 days of agreement termination.
Lower fees for comparable services may be available from other sources.
TFP neither sells securities nor supervises anyone who does.
