Item 5: Fees and Compensation
A client’s written agreement with CCC describes how and when our fees are calculated.
In general, our fee for investment management services is based on a percentage of your
assets we manage. Fees for other financial services can be based on assets under
management or a straight fee based on services rendered. Our annual investment
management fee is generally billed and payable quarterly in arrears based on the value of
your account on the last day of the quarter. In limited circumstances, other fee paying
arrangements may be made. We will send you an invoice for the payment of our
advisory fee, or we will deduct our fee directly from your account through the qualified
custodian holding your funds and securities.
