Item 5. Fees and Compensation The Portfolios pay annual management fees to Crystal for providing fund management services, as described in the offering documents of the Funds. Management fees range between 1% and 1.5% of assets under management depending on the type and size of the Portfolio, as more specifically described in the offering documents of the Funds. Fees are accrued monthly and paid quarterly in arrears by an independent administrator, as further described in the offering documents for the Funds. |
