Synapse Funds The Synapse Master Fund will pay Hamilton Square an annual Management Fee that is payable quarterly in advance on the first day of each calendar quarter, equal to 1.25 to 2.0% (0.3125% to 0.50% quarterly) depending on the particular class of interest of the Synapse Feeder Funds.
