Management Fee
Inferent is paid an investment management fee (“Management Fee”) per annum of the net
asset value of the Funds. The Management Fee is equal to 1/12 of 2.00% of the balance, as of
the beginning of the applicable month.
Inferent Capital, LLC Form ADV Part 2A
The Investment Manager, in its sole discretion, may waive or modify the Management Fee for
any Investor.
