IXAM generally requires that all investors in the private funds are “accredited investors” as defined in Regulation D under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or “qualified clients” as defined under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended, or “qualified purchasers” as defined under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended. |
