The specific manner in which JMA charges fees is established in a client's written agreement
with JMA. JMA will generally bill its fees quarterly in advance. However, certain accounts are
billed monthly in advance as specified in the client agreement and program disclosures. The
frequency at which fees are collected will be established in the client's written agreement with
JMA. Clients may elect to be billed directly for fees or authorize JMA to debit fees from client

during a calendar quarter will be charged a prorated fee. Upon termination of any account,
any prepaid, unearned fees will be promptly refunded, and any earned, unpaid fees will be
due and payable. The client has the right to terminate an agreement without penalty within five
business days after entering into the agreement. All fees are subject to negotiation and may
result in different clients paying different fees for similar services. Fee differences may be
based on factors such as account size, complexity, services provided, and relationship scope.
JMA's fees are exclusive of brokerage commissions, transaction fees, and other related costs
