FEES AND COMPENSATION (ITEM 5)
REK receives a referral fee, a percentage of investment management fee(s) paid to the
retained Adviser. REK receives fifty percent (50%) of the investment management fee(s)
paid to the Adviser for five years after retention and twenty-five percent (25%) for the five
years thereafter. Clients pay the same fee schedule as if the client had engaged the
Adviser directly.
There are no fees for providing investment advice since none is given.
PERFORMANCE-BASED FEES AND SIDE-BY-SIDE MANAGEMENT (ITEM 6)
REK does not charge performance-based fees or engage in side-by-side management.

TYPES OF CLIENTS (ITEM 7)
REK does not have clients. As referenced above, REK provides solicitation and client
referral services for the Adviser. REK refers individuals, pension and profit-sharing plans,
trusts, estates and charitable organizations, corporations, partnerships, and LLCs to the
Adviser.
