Item 5 Fees and Compensation
With respect to our sub-advisory and trading management services, Olympiad Research LP generally
charges both asset-based “management fees” and performance-based “performance fees” to its
Clients. The amount of these fees and any applicable expense reimbursements is subject to
negotiation between Olympiad Research LP and its Clients and is set out in the investment advisory
agreement between Olympiad Research LP and the applicable Client. The performance fees charged
by Olympiad Research LP are discussed in more detail in Item 6 – Performance Based Fees and Side-
by-Side Management.
With respect to its management of Clients, Olympiad Research LP generally charges a monthly
management fee calculated based on gross notional exposure of the Client’s portfolio. While the
specific fee rate and structure are subject to negotiation, fees generally approximate 1% of equity
value based on typical leverage levels. Actual rates may vary depending on factors such as account
size, liquidity, and overall relationship terms.
Management fees with respect to Clients are generally payable in arrears and are invoiced to the
applicable Client on a monthly basis, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
