Billing and Termination Management fees are billed monthly in arrears and deducted directly from
client accounts at Interactive Brokers (“IB”). Performance fees are calculated quarterly using a perpetual
high-water mark. If an advisory agreement terminates mid-period, any unearned prepaid fees are refunded
pro rata, and any accrued performance fees are computed through the termination date only.
Other Fees and Expenses (Item 5.C)
In addition to Quant Alpha’s advisory fees, clients will bear third-party costs, including but not limited to:
• Brokerage Commissions and Ticket Charges, including any applicable platform, execution, or reg-
ulatory costs embedded in each transaction;
• Custodian/Account Fees charged by IB (e.g. wire, ACH, transfer, IRA maintenance, physical state-
ment, and corporate-action processing fees);
• Fund-Level Expenses such as the internal expense ratios of ETFs, which are embedded in each fund’s
share price;
• Margin Interest or Short-Borrow Fees when short exposure is employed in the strategy;
• Taxes, Duties, and Governmental Charges (e.g. ADR fees, transaction taxes on certain international
venues);
• Exchange/SEC Option or Futures Fees if the strategy’s mandate expands to include derivatives in
the future;
• Wire/Foreign Exchange Spreads when clients move cash between currencies or jurisdictions.
Quant Alpha does not receive any portion of these brokerage, custodial, or fund-level expenses. Actual costs
vary by trade size, venue, and fund provider. Clients can review current Interactive Brokers fee schedules at
www.interactivebrokers.com.
Important: For detailed information on how we select brokers, seek best execution, and manage trading
costs, see Item 12 – Brokerage Practices of this Brochure.
