Fees and Compensation — Form ADV Part 2A (3/31/2026) [Brochure]
Item 5: Fees and Compensation

U.S. Subscriber Fees

Generally, subscribers pay a fee for access to the Firm’s research, available in various
formats, at multiple prices, and different service levels.

Individuals and institutions may subscribe to Sanostro’s online digital media newsletter and
website content. Subscriptions start at USD 10 monthly and increase based on the product's
sophistication and the number of products bundled. Generally, products are invoiced and billed
at the start of each month for the entire month, with promotional pricing offered for year-long
subscriptions. All research products are impersonal investment ideas provided through digital
media consumption. None purport to meet the objectives or needs of the individuals who
subscribe, nor do the products seek specific information about the Subscriber’s accounts or
personal situation. The products do not intend to identify whether the Subscriber has investment
accounts or objectives.

Non-US Client Fees
Non-US Clients can compensate Sanostro for its advisory services by charging an advisory fee
based on the Assets' net market value under advisory (“AuA”). Sanostro reserves the right, in its
sole discretion, to negotiate advisory fees with any client on a bilateral basis. The fee schedule
foresees a decrease in fees with an increase in the value of the AuA.

Sanostro’s standard fee schedule for investment advisory services consists of a management fee,
payable monthly or quarterly in arrears as of the last business day of each calendar period, at a
rate between 0.0 and 2.0% per annum based on the individual agreements and a performance fee,
payable monthly or quarterly in arrears equal to up to 30% of the net outperformance attributable
to the client, offset by previous losses attributable to that client (High-Water Mark approach).

The fee rates, calculation methodologies, and payment frequency are subject to negotiation based
on the client's particular circumstances.

Other than subscription fees, advisory fees, and performance fees, neither Sanostro nor its
employees receive nor accept any direct or indirect compensation related to investments
purchased or sold under the advisory agreement. Therefore, the Firm will not sell products or
services that create additional fees or compensation to benefit Sanostro's employees or affiliates
other than those described in this brochure and on the Site. However, in addition to advisory and
performance fees, Clients may also pay additional fees or expenses to third parties. For instance,
transaction fees and related costs may incur when buying or selling securities (such as futures,
forwards, options, ETFs, or similar financial products), whether a third-party investment adviser
or the client initiates such transactions. Sanostro does not charge these fees to Clients and does
not benefit directly or indirectly from any such fees.

Clients are responsible for paying all third-party fees (e.g., custodian fees, brokerage fees, mutual
fund fees, transaction fees, etc.), which are separate from the fees and expenses charged by
Sanostro.
Account Minimums and Types of Clients — Form ADV Part 2A (3/31/2026) [Brochure]
Item 7: Types of Clients

In the US, Sanostro is an independent, subscription-based research provider and does not act as
an adviser on individual portfolios or investment strategies. Clients are mass retail and
Institutional Investors who pay a fee for digital access to research. Clients subscribe to Sanostro’s
range of Mass-Market products through the Firm’s website. All Research Products are impersonal
investment ideas. None purport to meet the objectives or needs of the individuals who subscribe,
nor do the products seek specific information about the Subscriber’s accounts or personal
situation. Research Products do not intend to identify whether the Subscriber has investment
accounts or objectives.
