Item 5 - Fees and Compensation
Compensation and Fee Schedules
Management Fee. The management fee is 1/12 of 1% per month (approximately 1% per
year). VKRA may waive all or a portion of the management fee in the individually
managed client accounts.
Termination. VKRA has the right to terminate investment management contracts upon
written notice.
Please see information in Item No. 6 below with regard to performance based fees.

Item 7 - Types of Clients
The types of clients are individual and high net worth individuals. VKRA provides
investment management and advisory services to individually managed client accounts on
a discretionary basis.
