Item 7: Types of Clients

  WP generally provides management supervisory services to the following types of clients:
          Individuals
          High-Net-Worth Individuals
          Family Offices
          Pension and Profit Sharing Plans
          Pooled Investment Vehicles
          Corporations

                       Size
  The minimum account size for Separately Managed Accounts (“SMAs”) is set @ $500,000
  although exceptions are possible, subject to negotiation. S2 SMA accounts, because they
  are generally done as an accommodation, have a $100,000 minimum account size,
