| Fees and Compensation — Form ADV Part 2A (3/23/2026) [Brochure] |
|---|
Item 5 Fees and Compensation AI establishes its advisory and sub-advisory fees in accordance with the specific terms detailed in each client’s Investment Advisory Agreement. Fees are generally billed on a quarterly basis, in arrears as determined by the terms of the governing agreement. In circumstances where the agreement permits, clients may receive a prorated refund for any unused portion of prepaid fees based on the time remaining in the billing cycle. AI does not collect fees in advance. The standard annual fee charged by AI for advisory and sub-advisory services typically ranges from 0.05% to 0.75% of the end client’s account value. Actual fee levels may vary and are subject to negotiation based on multiple factors, including the complexity of the investment strategy, size of the client account, and the overall scope of the advisory relationship. For sub-advisory arrangements, fees are negotiated exclusively with the Financial Advisor, and not directly with the end client. Where authorized under the Investment Advisory Agreement, AI may directly deduct its fees from client accounts. In all other instances, the responsibility for billing and fee collection rests with the Financial Advisor. In addition to the advisory fees charged by AI, clients may incur additional expenses imposed by third-party providers—such as brokerage fees, custodial charges, and transaction-related costs—which are not affiliated with or controlled by AI. These fees are separate and distinct from the fees and expenses charged by AI. Please see Item 12 of this brochure regarding broker-dealer/custodian. Fee schedules may vary among Financial Advisors utilizing AI’s services, influenced by both objective criteria—such as account size and service complexity—and subjective elements related to the broader business relationship. Clients are advised to review and compare available fee arrangements, as similar investment services may be offered by other providers under differing pricing models. Neither AI nor its supervised persons accept any compensation for the sale of investment products, including asset-based sales charges or service fees from the sale of mutual funds. |

Item 7 Types of Clients Aris Investing LLC (“AI”) provides investment advisory services primarily to high-net-worth individuals, family offices, small endowments, foundations, and other investment advisory firms. These services are typically delivered through sub-advisory relationships with registered investment advisers (RIAs) and other wealth management intermediaries. AI’s role in these arrangements focuses on supporting financial advisors by offering customized portfolio management and investment solutions, leveraging proprietary technology to meet the specific investment objectives and constraints of their end clients. |
