Item 5: Fees & Compensation
Compensation for Our Advisory Services
Asset Management:
Our annual fees for our Asset Management service are based on a percentage of assets under our
management and range up to a maximum fee of 2.00%. The firm has a minimum fee of $6,000, but
the firm will not charge a fee that is deemed excessive on smaller balances. Fees to be assessed will
be outlined in the advisory agreement to be signed by the client. Our firm bills on cash unless
indicated otherwise in writing. Annualized fees are billed on a pro-rata basis monthly in arrears
based on the value of the account(s) on the time-weighted daily average of the month. Fees are
negotiable and will be deducted from client account(s). In some cases, our firm will agree to directly
invoice. As part of this process, Clients understand the following:
a) The client’s independent custodian sends statements at least monthly showing the market
values for each security included in the Assets and all account disbursements, including the
amount of the advisory fees paid to our firm;
b) Clients will provide authorization permitting our firm to be directly paid by these terms. Our
firm will send an invoice directly to the custodian; and
c) If our firm sends a copy of our invoice to the client, a legend urging the comparison of
information provided in our statement with those from the qualified custodian will be
included.
The maximum annual fee charged to clients utilizing Third Party Managers will not exceed the
maximum fee published above for this service. Our firm will debit fees for this service as disclosed in
the executed advisory agreement between the client and our firm. Where Aspect retains a Sub-
Advisor pursuant to the advisory agreement, sub-advisor fees will be handled under one of the
following arrangements, as disclosed in the client’s advisory agreement and Schedule A: (A) Aspect
Collects and Remits: Aspect will deduct the combined total of Aspect’s advisory fee and the sub-
advisor’s fee directly from the Client’s account through the qualified custodian and will then remit
the sub-advisor’s fee to the sub-advisor on the Client’s behalf. In this arrangement, the Client will not
be separately billed by the sub-advisor. (B) Sub-Advisor Direct Debit: The sub-advisor is authorized
to deduct its fee directly from the Client’s account through the qualified custodian, separately from
Aspect’s advisory fee. Both fees will be reflected separately on the Client’s custodial account
statements. In either arrangement, the applicable sub-advisor fee will be disclosed in Schedule A of
the advisory agreement. Sub-advisors we recommend will not directly charge you a higher fee than

they would have charged without us introducing you to them. The fee charged by the sub-advisor
may be up to 0.6% in addition to the fee charged by Aspect.

assets under our management and range up to a maximum fee of 2.25%. Fees to be assessed will be
outlined in the advisory agreement to be signed by the client. Our firm bills on cash unless indicated
otherwise in writing. Annualized fees are billed on a pro-rata basis monthly in arrears based on the
value of the account(s) on the time-weighted daily average of the month. Fees are negotiable and will

firm will send an invoice directly to the custodian; and

information provided in our statement with those from the qualified custodian will be

Fees charged for third party manager services shall be in addition to our advisory fees. The third-
party money managers we recommend will not directly charge you a higher fee than they would have
charged without us introducing you to them. Where Aspect retains a Sub-Advisor pursuant to the
advisory agreement, sub-advisor fees will be handled under one of the following arrangements, as
