Item 7. Types of Clients As noted above, Atika currently provides investment advice to the Funds, which are intended for sophisticated investors. Investors of the Funds are not considered clients of Atika. Such investors may include charitable foundations, endowments, fund of funds, sovereign wealth funds, private funds, investment companies, trusts, family offices, private banks, high net worth individuals and other entities and institutions. Investors in the Funds must meet certain suitability requirements as set forth in each Fund’s offering documents.
