Item 5 Fees and Compensation
The Registrant compiles and provides The Robo Report to its clients. The Registrant
receives no compensation directly from those Robo platforms or programs discussed in the
reports. At this time, the Registrant does not solicit any compensation for preparing or
distributing The Robo Report.
As discussed above, the Registrant may also offer digital advice on a monthly subscription
basis. The subscription fee shall be due in advance. Subscribers must terminate the
Registrant’s digital advice service in order to halt the monthly automatic renewal. Services
can not be ceased mid-month and therefore no prorated refund of the subscription fee will
be returned upon receipt of the termination notice.
