Item 7. Types of Clients

           The General Partner provides investment advice to Private Investment Funds, including the Fund. Private Investment Funds
are investment partnerships or other investment entities formed under domestic or foreign laws and operated as exempt investment
pools under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the “Investment Company Act”). The investors participating in Private
Investment Funds may include individuals, banks or thrift institutions, other investment entities, pension and profit-sharing plans, trusts,
estates or charitable organizations or other corporations or business entities and include, directly or indirectly, Baird, Principals or other
employees of the General Partner and its affiliates and clients of Baird’s Private Wealth Management business. To purchase partnership
interests in the I (B) Fund, an investor must be an “accredited investor” under the Securities Act of 1933 and must meet the definition
of a qualified client under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. VC has set a target minimum investment levels for the Fund; however,
VC, in its discretion, it may have allowed for lower levels of commitment.
