Item 5 Fees and Compensation
Client Fees and Compensation to Blue Anchor Wealth Advisors

Blue Anchor Wealth Advisors is a fee-only investment advisor firm.

Financial Planning Only clients who do not have a portfolio managed by Blue Anchor Wealth
hire us on an hourly basis. Hourly fees, for financial planning and written investment advice, are
$195.00, negotiable. Hourly fees are billed to the client at the end of the service provided and
payable by check when the financial plan is provided to the client.

If the Financial Planning contract is terminated prior to a financial plan or analysis being
completed in writing, the written portion completed prior to the termination will not be delivered
to the client and no charge will be billed to the client.

Our Portfolio Management fee is 1.5% of the value of the managed portfolio on the last business
day of the quarter. This 1.5% fee is negotiable at our sole discretion.
Fees charged on managed portfolios are a % of the value of the portfolio on the last business day
of the calendar quarter. Advisor fees are prorated based on the number of days in the first quarter
of opening an account. Percentage fees charged are deducted directly from the client account, in
arrears, not in advance. See Item 15, Custody, for more information regarding deduction of fees
from accounts. For example, a client that pays a fee of 1.5% per year, with a portfolio valued at
$50,000 at the end of a calendar quarter will pay one quarter of the annual fee of 1.50%, which is
.375% for that quarter, or $187.50. Stated in another way, the annual fee is 150 basis points and
the quarterly fee for this client is 37.5 basis points. Math is .00375 times the value of the portfolio,
each quarter, using this example. Clients are not billed custodial fees but may incur trading fees or
transactional fees from the broker/custodian of their accounts. In addition, all mutual funds have
their own internal management fees, which vary among funds and these fees are disclosed within
their prospectus and available from us upon request.

In the event a Portfolio Management client contract is terminated, a pro-rated fee will be billed for
the days during the quarter services were provided.

As part of this process, clients understand the following: a) The client’s independent custodian
sends statements at least quarterly showing the market values for each security included in the
Assets and all account disbursements, including the amount of the advisory fees paid to our firm;
b) Clients will provide authorization permitting our firm to be directly paid by these terms. Blue
Anchor Wealth Advisors will send an invoice directly to the custodian; and c) If our firm sends a
copy of our invoice to the client, a legend urging the comparison of information provided in our
statement with those from the qualified custodian will be included.

Blue Anchor Wealth Advisors does not accept commissions of any kind on any investments.

It is the clients’ right to decide whether to follow the advice to purchase any investments
recommended by Blue Anchor Wealth Advisors and clients may go to another professional, not
affiliated with Blue Anchor Wealth Advisors for purchase of investments. However, Blue Anchor
Wealth Advisors will not manage a portfolio in which investments are purchased for a client by
another firm or investment professional, nor will Blue Anchor Wealth Advisors accept any liability
for investments purchased from another firm or investment professional. Lower fees for
comparable services may be available from other sources.

If you do not receive this Brochure at least 48 hours prior to entering into our advisory agreement,
you have the right to terminate the contract without penalty within five business days after entering
the contract with Blue Anchor Wealth Advisors.

Item 7 Types of Clients
Types of Clients Blue Anchor Wealth Advisors Serves

Blue Anchor Wealth Advisors serves individuals, trusts, estates, small businesses, charitable
organizations, local municipal governments and their agencies, and qualified retirement plans,
which includes pensions, profit sharing plans, 401-k plans, Individual Retirement Accounts
(IRAs), Simplified Employee Pension Plans (SEPPs), Simple IRA Plans, deferred compensation
plans and public employee qualified retirement plans.

Most of the clients of Blue Anchor Wealth Advisors are individuals, mostly average income to
high income and modest to high net-worth persons or families. Many individual clients have
multiple accounts, such as a joint spousal account, separate retirement accounts, and perhaps
accounts for their children's college funds.

Blue Anchor Wealth Advisors does not require a minimum account size or investment minimum
to accept a client. Each client is evaluated based on the compatibility between client and firm, the
stated financial goals and objectives of the client(s), the risk tolerance that the client can accept
when investing, investment criteria that the client has, the client's age, health, family concerns,
the income and tax circumstances of the client and willingness of the client to establish and
maintain a long-term perspective on investing. Clients are accepted or rejected on this basis
rather than on the size of their portfolios or amount of investment that they plan to make through
Blue Anchor Wealth Advisors.
