Item 5: Fees and Compensation​
Crecer charges fees based on a percentage of assets under management or a flat fee. Clients will
either be charged an annual fee of 0.30% or $60, whichever is larger. Fees are billed monthly in
arrears based on average daily balance throughout the month and deducted from client accounts.
Crecer does not want its fees to represent a significant expense for clients. If the client’s account
balance is less than $1000, Crecer will waive its management/wrap fee for that billing cycle.

Item 7: Types of Clients​
Crecer offers investment advice to individuals with legal residency in the US.
Crecer requires a minimum balance of $50 to open an account on its platform. Crecer does not
require an ongoing minimum account balance. All minimums may be waived at Crecer’s
discretion.
