Item 5: Fees and Compensation
A. Adviser is compensated for its advisory services primarily by fees charged based on a client’s
assets under management with Adviser.
Adviser also offers financial planning as either a project-based engagement or as an ongoing
advisory service. A one-time comprehensive planning engagement may be billed at an hourly rate
of up to $350 per hour, or via a one-time fee starting at $1,500 depending on complexity. This
one-time fee is based on the expected number of hours to complete the engagement at our
hourly rate, and is charged upon financial plan delivery. An estimate for total hours and/or total
fees will be provided to the client prior to the commencement of our financial planning services.
Ongoing financial planning engagements may be billed monthly or quarterly in arrears, with the
total annual fee typically ranging from $3,000 to $5,000 based on the scope and complexity of the
financial planning services we provide. Financial planning fees are prorated through the date of
termination of the financial planning engagement, and clients shall be charged for services
performed up to the date of termination. Financial planning fees are payable either via ACH or
credit card through a third-party payment processor, or via check mailed to Adviser’s address of
record.
Fees are negotiable, and each client’s specific fee schedule is included as part of the advisory
agreement signed by Adviser and the client.
Adviser’s standard fee schedule for Investment Management Services is included below, subject
to negotiation with a client:
Client Assets Under Management Annual Fee Percentage
(paid monthly)
For the first $0 to $249,999 1.10%
For the next $250,000 to $499,999 1.00%
For the next $500,000 to $999,999 0.90%
For the next $1,000,000 to $1,999,999 0.70%
$2,000,000 and above 0.50%
Adviser’s standard fee schedule for Retirement Planning Services is included below, subject to
negotiation with a client:
Client Assets Under Management Annual Fee Percentage
(paid monthly)
For the first $0 to $499,999 0.75%
For the next $500,000 to $999,999 0.65%
For the next $1,000,000 to $1,999,999 0.50%
$2,000,000 and above 0.35%
B. The fee schedules above are “tiered” or “blended” fee schedules, which means that different
annual fee percentages will apply to different ranges of client assets under Adviser’s
management.
Fees for investment management services are billed monthly in arrears based upon the market
value of client assets managed by Adviser (inclusive of securities, cash, and cash equivalents) as
of the last business day of the calendar month after accounting for client deposits and
withdrawals during the calendar month. Fees are deducted directly from client accounts.
Fees for pension consulting services are billed quarterly in arrears based upon a Plan’s fair
market value at the end of the quarter (inclusive of securities, cash, and cash equivalents). Fees
Date of Brochure: February 09, 2026
may be paid by electronic funds transfer or check mailed to Adviser’s address of record, and are
payable either directly by the Plan or applied pro rata to participant accounts.
Asset-based fees are prorated based on the date that a client’s assets are first designated to be
under Adviser’s management through the effective date of termination of the client agreement.
C. In addition to the fees charged by Adviser, clients will incur brokerage and other transaction costs.
Please refer to Item 12: Brokerage Practices, for further information on such brokerage and other
transaction-related practices. Depending on the specific investment products held in a client’s
account and the services provided, a client may also incur additional fees and costs charged by
other independent and unaffiliated third-parties. Such additional fees and costs may include, but
are not necessarily limited to, the internal fees and costs of an investment product (like a mutual
fund or exchange traded fund), margin interest, account or asset transfer fees, subadvisory or
third-party investment manager fees, account type fees, early redemption charges, market-maker
or bid-ask spreads, retirement plan fees, fees for receiving paper copies of documents in lieu of
electronically-delivered documents, and other fees and taxes on brokerage accounts and
securities transactions. These additional charges are separate and apart from the fees charged
by Adviser. Lower fees for comparable services may be available from other sources.
D. Neither Adviser nor any of its supervised persons accepts compensation for the sale of securities
or other investment products.
