A. Fee Schedule
General Fee Information
In addition to our fees, you may be required to pay other charges such as:
Transaction fees;
Internal fees and expenses charged by mutual funds, ETFs and other investment
products;
Custodial fees;
Fees charged by third party money managers;
Maintenance and termination fees;
Other fees and taxes on accounts and securities transactions.
Fees paid to us are separate and distinct from internal fees and expenses charged by
mutual funds, ETFs, and variable annuity products. Complete details of these internal
fees and expenses are explained in the prospectuses for each investment. You should
read these documents and review all fees charged by funds, issuers and GFN to fully
understand the total amount of fees that you may incur before making or authorizing
any investments. Your IAR will be available to answer any questions you have about
fees and expenses.
If this Disclosure Brochure was not delivered to you at least 48 hours prior to entering
into any written or oral advisory contract with GFN, you will have the right to terminate
the contract without penalty within five business days after entering into the contract.

the Investment Advisory Contract. A fee schedule will be filled out and agreed upon
with each client.
The firm’s maximum fees are below:
