Item 5: Fees and Compensation

A. Fee Schedule

   General Fee Information

   In addition to our fees, you may be required to pay other charges such as:

          Transaction fees;

      Internal fees and expenses charged by mutual funds, ETFs and other investment
       products;
      Custodial fees;
      Fees charged by third party money managers;
      Maintenance and termination fees;
      Other fees and taxes on accounts and securities transactions.

Fees paid to us are separate and distinct from internal fees and expenses charged by
mutual funds, ETFs, and variable annuity products. Complete details of these internal
fees and expenses are explained in the prospectuses for each investment. You should
read these documents and review all fees charged by funds, issuers and GFN to fully
understand the total amount of fees that you may incur before making or authorizing
any investments. Your IAR will be available to answer any questions you have about
fees and expenses.

If this Disclosure Brochure was not delivered to you at least 48 hours prior to entering
into any written or oral advisory contract with GFN, you will have the right to terminate
the contract without penalty within five business days after entering into the contract.

Portfolio Management Fees

We offer our portfolio management services on a fee-only basis. Fees are charged for
discretionary or non-discretionary portfolio management services may be charged in
advance or in arrears, and are based on the total assets under management (including
cash and cash equivalents).

Fees are negotiated on a case by case basis and the final fee schedule is agreed upon in
the Investment Advisory Contract. A fee schedule will be filled out and agreed upon
with each client.

The firm’s maximum fees are below:

Services may be terminated without penalty for a full refund of GFN's fees within five
business days of signing the Investment Advisory Contract. Thereafter, clients may
terminate the Investment Advisory Contract immediately upon written notice to GFN
and fees will be prorated and refunded to the client.

Our fees may be higher or lower than the fees charged by other advisors for similar
services.

Financial Planning Fees

   Fixed Fees: The negotiated fixed rate for creating client financial plans is up to
   $5,000.

   Hourly Fees: The negotiated hourly fee for these services is up to $250.

These fees are generally negotiable and the final fee schedule is agreed upon in the
Financial Planning Agreement. The negotiated fixed rate for creating client financial
plans is up to $5,000. Fixed fees are generally billed directly to the client in advance, but
not more than 6 months in advance. Hourly fees are generally billed directly to the
client in arrears, although a portion may be billed in advance, but not more than 6
months in advance. Services may be terminated at any time by either party with 5 days
of written notice. The fees will be prorated based on the degree to which services have
been completed.

All financial planning fees paid to GFN are separate an unrelated to any fees or expenses
assessed by any broker, custodian, or outside party.

Third Party Investment Advisory Service Fees

If you agree to have advisory services provided by a third party investment manager
instead of your IAR, the fees the manager generally charges will be detailed in their
respective disclosure brochures. Your IAR will provide you with a copy of the brochure
for each investment manager recommended to you. If at any point you need another
copy you may request it from your IAR or most are available on online at
www.adviserinfo.sec.gov. The total fees paid when a third party investment manager is
used will be disclosed in advance. The total fee will include a portion that is retained
but the third party investment manager and a portion to is paid to GFN and your IAR,
although the combination of the two shall not exceed 3%.

Retirement Plan Fees

Clients may terminate the agreement without penalty for a full refund of GFN's fees
within five business days of signing the Investment Advisory Contract. Thereafter,
clients may terminate the Investment Advisory Contract immediately upon written
notice.

Fees charged for retirement plan services may be charged in advance or arrears. Our
standard contract is setup to charge in advance, if both parties agree to charge in arrears
a Letter of Instruction will be signed by both parties. Fees may be asset based or flat
rate.
These fees are negotiated on a case by case basis and the final fee schedule is agreed
upon in the Retirement Plan Consulting Agreement. A sample of the fee schedule that is
present in the Retirement Plans Consulting Agreement is shown below.

   “Fees will be billed to the Client on a quarterly basis in advance at the beginning of each
   quarter at a rate of _________% annualized or a flat $___________ per quarter. (Please
   fill out only one)”

   The standard fee charged under the Retirement Plan Consulting Agreement is 1.50% on
   all assets of the applicable plan for which services are provided.

   All retirement plan fees paid to GFN are separate an unrelated to any fees or expenses
   assessed by any broker, custodian, or outside party.

B. Payment of Fees

   Payment of Portfolio Management Fees

   Asset-based portfolio management fees are generally calculated and deducted directly
   from the client's accounts on a quarterly basis. Financial institutions that hold
   investment accounts for our advisory clients are referred to as custodians. The value of
   the assets in your account will be based on the market value as reported by your
   custodian. For fees to be deducted, the firm will comply with applicable jurisdictional

Item 7: Types of Clients

GFN offers services to individuals and families, including their trusts, estates, and retirement
accounts. We also offer services to corporations or other entities.
There is no account minimum for any of GFN’s services. The firm reserves the right to decline
engagements for various reasons including account size.
