Item 5 Fees and Compensation A. Advisory Fees ILS is customarily compensated on the basis of fees calculated as a percentage of assets under management. Our annual fee ranges and can be up to 100 basis points of face value of assets under management. All such fees are subject to negotiation from time to time. Our fees are assessed and payable quarterly in advance, based on the value of assets under management at the end of the previous calendar quarter. Form ADV Part 2 B. Other Account Fees In some cases, clients of ILS also pay an annual retainer to ILS together with a fee for the servicing of the client’s assets. All such fees are subject to negotiation from time to time. |
