Item 5 Fees and Compensation
How We Are Compensated for Our Advisory Services
Comprehensive Portfolio Management
Assets Under Management Annual Percentage of Assets Charge
Under $5,000,000 Up to 2.50%
Over $5,000,000 Up to 1.00%
The above table represents only Leslie Global Wealth's advisory fee. In some cases, LPL will charge
an additional fee which we do not share in and outside managers may likewise charge an additional
fee which we do not share. The fees charged by LPL and outside managers are disclosed in the
relevant documents provided by LPL and such other outside managers. Our firm's annualized fees are
billed quarterly in advance, on a pro-rata basis, based on the value of your account on the last day of
the previous quarter. The quarterly billing cycle is determined based on when the account was first
opened.
Fees are negotiable and will be deducted from your managed account. At our discretion, we may
combine the account values of family members living in the same household to determine the
applicable advisory fee. For example, we may combine account values for you and your minor
children, joint accounts with your spouse, and other types of related accounts. Combining account
values may increase the asset total, which may result in your paying a reduced advisory fee based on
the available breakpoints in our fee schedule stated above. LPL will make quarterly adjustments for
deposits and withdrawals in client accounts. As part of the process, the client is made aware of the
following:
a. LPL Financial ("LPL") as your custodian sends statements at least quarterly to you showing all
disbursements for your account, including the amount of the advisory fees paid to us;
b. You provide authorization permitting LPL to deduct these fees;
c. LPL calculates the advisory fees for all flat fee schedules and deducts them from your account.
Financial Planning:
We charge on a flat fee or hourly basis for our Financial Plans. The total estimated fee, as well as the
ultimate fee that we charge you, is based on the scope and complexity of our engagement with you.
Flat fees generally range from $500 to $25,000. Our hourly fees range from $125 to $500. We require
that you pay 50% of the fee in advance and the remaining portion upon the completion of the services
rendered. At our discretion we may waive this deposit. We will not require prepayment of a fee more
than six months in advance and in excess of $500.
Referrals to Third Party Money Managers:
As noted above, when we refer you to third party money managers and you decide to open a managed
account with them, we do not receive fees from those third-party money managers. For these LPL
Financial sponsored programs, LPL debits the client account for the money manager's program fees,
any LPL fees, and our advisory fees. No fees are received by our firm from a third-party money
manager. All fees received by third party money managers are disclosed in the third party money
manager's Form ADV Part 2. The third party money managers we recommend will not directly charge
you a higher fee than they would have charged without us introducing you to them.
Third party money managers establish and maintain their own separate billing processes over which
we have no control.
Other Types of Fees & Expenses
Non-Wrap fee clients may incur transaction charges for trades executed in their accounts. These
transaction fees are separate from our fees and will be disclosed by the firm that the trades are
executed through. While we generally do seek to utilize the lowest-cost mutual fund share class when
making our investment selections, we may utilize non-transaction fee mutual funds or ETFs which
have a higher internal expense ratio when we determine that doing so would be in the client's best
interests. For investments that may not be intended to be held long-term, it is typically more cost-
effective to the client to utilize a "no transaction fee" fund (depending on trading frequency). Mutual
funds or ETFs with higher expense ratios but no transaction costs are primarily used where they are
intended to be held for a short period of time and are usually beneficial to the client. Also, clients will
pay the following separately incurred expenses, which we do not receive any part of: charges imposed
directly by a mutual fund, index fund, or exchange-traded fund which shall be disclosed in the fund's
prospectus (i.e., fund management fees and other fund expenses).
Termination & Refunds
We charge our advisory fees quarterly in advance. In the event that you wish to terminate your
services, we will refund the unearned portion of our advisory fees to you. You need to contact us in
writing and state that you wish to terminate our services. Upon receipt of your letter of termination, we
will proceed to close out your account and process a pro-rata refund of unearned advisory fees.
Commissionable Securities Sales
In order to sell securities for a commission, our supervised persons are registered representatives of
LPL Financial Corporation, member FINRA/SIPC. Our supervised persons may accept compensation
for the sale of securities or other investment products, including distribution or service ("trail") fees from
the sale of mutual funds and variable life insurance policies. You should be aware that the practice of
accepting commissions for the sale of securities:
1. Presents a conflict of interest and gives our firm and/or supervised persons an incentive to
recommend investment products based on the compensation received, rather than on your
needs. We generally address commissionable sales conflicts that arise when explaining to
clients that commissionable securities sales creates an incentive to recommend products based
on the compensation we are/or our supervised persons may earn and/or when recommending
