Account Minimums and Types of Clients — Form ADV Part 2A (4/20/2026) [Brochure]
Item 7. Types of Clients
As described in Item 4, Lingotto provides investment advisory services on a discretionary basis to the
Advisory Clients. The Funds are each offered as a private fund to U.S. investors in reliance on the
exemption from registration contained in Section 3(c)(1) and/or Section 3(c)(7) of the Investment
Company Act of 1940. Each investor in the Funds must meet certain eligibility provisions.

U.S. investors in a Fund are typically limited to persons who are “qualified purchasers” as that term is
defined in the Investment Company Act of 1940, and “accredited investors” as that term is defined in
SEC Rule 501(a) under the Securities Act of 1933. Investors in a Fund may include, but are not limited
to, high net worth individuals, family offices, companies, pension funds, life assurance companies, other
regulated investment advisers, and state-sponsored funds.

The minimum initial or additional subscription or investment amounts are set forth in the governing
documents of the relevant Fund.

SMA clients are subject to different terms and fees from the Funds. Such fee arrangements and terms
are individually negotiated. SMA relationships are generally subject to significant account minimums,
although Lingotto can vary this in its sole discretion.

In addition, Lingotto provides investment advisory services on a discretionary basis to pooled investment
vehicles that are not offered to U.S. investors. These pooled investment vehicles are not discussed in this
Brochure.
