Our investment management fee is based on an automated tiered or breakpoint schedule, and fees are billed
quarterly in arrears (meaning, after the billing period has ended).
The entire portfolio is charged the same management fee based on the fee tier the value of the entire
portfolio falls within at the end of each quarter. For billing purposes, the "entire portfolio" includes all
accounts we manage for you, your spouse, a partner, or a substantially similar relationship that allows for
the aggregation of account values. To calculate a full quarterly fee, the corresponding annual fee rate is
divided by four and then multiplied by the account balance at the end of the quarter. Fees for accounts
opened or closed during a quarter will be prorated.
Any proposed increase to the fee schedule is only effective upon your consent. If an account is closed, any
earned but unpaid fees are promptly owed. If we cannot deduct this final balance directly from your account,
you must pay the remaining fees via ACH, check, or credit card.
In certain circumstances, we may apply a fixed fee to specific accounts or assets instead of our standard
breakpoint (tiered) fee schedule. Depending on your total portfolio value, this fixed fee may result in a higher
overall fee for those assets than you would pay under the breakpoint schedule. This creates a potential
conflict of interest, as we have an incentive to recommend or apply a fixed fee that may be more favorable
to us. We address this conflict by clearly disclosing the fee structure, discussing the differences with you, and
obtaining your consent prior to implementation.
FINANCIAL PLANNING OR HOURLY CONSULTING FEE
FINANCIAL PLANNING FEES
We offer financial planning services on a fixed fee basis. The fee is typically $2,000 for a single planning area
(e.g., Retirement). The fee for updating an existing plan is typically $1,000 per area. For comprehensive plans
covering multiple areas, the total fee will be higher. We will always provide you with a written quote detailing
the scope and total fee in your Financial Planning Agreement before you engage our services.
▪ Plan monitoring: We offer ongoing Plan Monitoring. For clients with active Investment Management
services (IMS), monitoring is available if agreed upon in the financial planning agreement. For all
other engagements, the fee is typically $100 monthly per planning area. This fee is billed in arrears
via monthly payments.
July 31, 2026
▪ Billing Schedule: For a single-area plan, the fee is billed in two installments: an advance payment of
$600 is due upon signing the agreement, and the remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final
plan. For plans with multiple areas, the advance payment is $1,200, with the remaining balance due
upon delivery of the final plan.
▪ Termination and Refund Policy: You may terminate a financial planning agreement at any time by
providing written notice. If we didn’t provide the Firm Brochure 48 hours before signing and you
terminate the agreement within five (5) business days of signing, we will provide a full refund of any
prepaid fee. If you terminate after five business days, we will provide a refund of any portion of the
advance fee that is unearned. The portion earned is calculated based on the work completed on your
plan up to the termination date, billed at our standard hourly rate.
HOURLY CONSULTING FEES
We offer consulting services at an hourly rate, ranging from $100 to $500 per hour. The specific rate depends
on the complexity of the engagement and the professional providing the service. We will provide you with a
written estimate of the scope and total hours required before beginning work. For one-time projects, fees
are billed upon completion. For ongoing hourly consulting, fees are billed monthly in arrears based on the
actual hours worked, subject to any agreed-upon monthly caps.
Termination Policy: You may terminate an hourly consulting engagement at any time. You will be billed for
all work completed up to the point of termination.
EDUCATIONAL CLASS FEE
Classes are offered free of charge or for a fee of up to $100 per student, payable in advance. The fee is
refundable, minus any processing fees if the student cancels more than two (2) business days before the
class; full refund if the class is canceled by the Firm. Student substitutions are allowed at any time. If the
student cancels within two (2) business days of the class or does not attend, the fee is non-refundable. The
student may submit a written request up to five (5) business days after to reserve attendance at a subsequent
class, based on availability.

ITEM 7: TYPES OF CLIENTS
The Firm provides investment advice to many different types of clients. These clients generally include
individuals, high net worth individuals, trusts, estates, corporations, and other types of business entities.
The Firm generally seeks a minimum household relationship of $250,000. However, we do not require a
specific minimum for individual accounts, and we do manage smaller accounts as part of a larger client
relationship or at our discretion. All minimums are negotiable and may be waived based on factors such as
plan monitoring, client contributions, anticipated additional assets, or pre-existing relationships.
Third-party or sub-adviser managed accounts generally have minimum requirements, and these minimum
requirements vary from manager to manager. Account minimums are generally higher on fixed income
accounts than on equity-based accounts.
The following discretionary models have a minimum account balance; the Adviser may deviate when suitable
based upon proximity to minimum, future or continual additions, or periods of decreased value from market
conditions.

Risk-Based $1,000
Balanced $1,000
