ITEM 5 - FEES AND COMPENSATION
Rabenold Advisors, Inc., generates revenue from Client fees. Our comprehensive planning and
investment management services are intended to offer a broad engagement that includes financial
planning assistance, investment management and estate planning. These services tend to be
delivered in segments over the life of the relationship rather than in the form of a single
comprehensive plan. We consider financial planning to be a process rather than a specific document
description.
Our advisory fees are derived from the following fee schedule expressed in annualized terms:
• Fee Schedule: 1.00% on the first $2,000,000; 0.75% on the next $3,000,000; 0.50% over $5,000,000.
• Our firm calculates a quarterly fee as follows: $1,000,000 x 1.00% ÷ 4 = $2,500; Total Quarterly Fee on a
portfolio market value of $1,000,000: $2,500.
The advisory fee is billed quarterly, in advance, in an amount determined by applying the annual rate
to the portfolio market value on the last business day prior to the quarterly billing period.
Adjustments will be made to the fee during the quarter for deposits and withdrawals. The Client has
the choice to be billed directly for our services or may choose to have the fee deducted directly
from their account. Under certain circumstances, fees may be negotiable.
The Client may terminate the agreement at any time by written notice to the firm or withdrawing
the limited trading authorization with the custodian. A prorated fee is refunded to the Client or
payable to the custodial account accordingly. Rabenold Advisors, Inc. can terminate the agreement
at any time by so advising the Client in writing or electronically.

prohibits receiving soft dollar commissions.
OTHER COSTS THAT EACH CLIENT SHOULD ANTICIPATE AND UNDERSTAND
As part of our investment advisory services to you, we may invest, or recommend that you invest, in
mutual funds and exchange-traded funds. The fees that you pay to Rabenold Advisors, Inc. for
investment advisory services are separate and distinct from the fees and expenses charged by mutual
funds or exchange traded funds (described in each fund's prospectus) to their shareholders. These
fees will generally include a management fee and other fund expenses. You may also incur transaction
charges and/or brokerage fees when purchasing or selling securities. These charges and fees are
typically imposed by the broker-dealer or custodian through which your account transactions are
executed. We do not share in any portion of the brokerage fees/transaction charges imposed by the
broker-dealer or custodian. To fully understand the total cost you will incur, you should review all
the fees charged by mutual funds, exchange traded funds, our firm and others.

through Mr. Rabenold.

compensation for selling insurance products, including insurance products he may sell to you.
