ITEM 5 FEES AND COMPENSATION
                                         Financial Planning Fees
Ronald Blue & Co.’s Financial Planning fee will be individually determined based on the time required to complete
the financial plan, the complexity of the client’s situation, the nature of the services being provided and any
ongoing annual financial planning services. Financial Planning fees are agreed upon when Ronald Blue & Co. and
the client enter into a Client Agreement.

Our Financial Planning fees are typically charged on a fixed-fee basis. Hourly fee billing may also occur depending
on the specific arrangement with the client. The client will receive an estimate of the fee at the start of the
relationship.

Financial Planning fees, all or in part, will be billed quarterly in advance based on our total mutually agreed upon
financial planning fees. Fees for comprehensive financial analysis offered by Private Wealth Division offices are in
the range of $2,500 to $25,000. Fees for complex engagements may vary. Targeted components of a
comprehensive financial analysis can be purchased on an individual basis. Other Divisions of Ronald Blue & Co.
described in Item 4 may have different fees.

                                    Investment Management Fees
Quarterly fees for the investment-related services described in Item 4 are based upon the value of all assets
under management. The following fee schedule is representative of the fees charged by our Private Wealth
Division:
                                                       Quarterly Annualized
                            Amount Managed Rate Rate
                     on the first $1,000,000 0.250% 1.00%
                     on the next $2,000,000 0.187% 0.75%
                     on the next $2,000,000 0.125% 0.50%
                     above $5,000,000 0.100% 0.40%

Example: The quarterly management fee for an account with $1,500,000 in assets under
management would be calculated as follows: $1,000,000 at 0.250% = $2,500; $500,000 at
                0.187% = $935, for a total quarterly fee of $3,435.

Certain Branch Offices and other Divisions, including Everyday Steward, charge different fees and some fees may
be higher or lower than those illustrated above. The percentage fee that a client will be charged is based upon the
value of the assets managed by us and may vary due to other services listed in the Client Agreement. During the
course of the client’s engagement of our services, a client’s fee may be amended or changed as outlined in the
Client Agreement. We may group or aggregate certain related client accounts for the purposes of achieving any
minimum account size requirements and determining the fee.

The fees charged to family members of associated persons or employees of our firm may be lower than fees
offered to other clients, or no fee may be charged at all.

The fees assessed by Third Party Managers are separate from, and in addition to Ronald Blue & Co.’s investment
management fees shown above.

Investment management fees are generally payable quarterly, in advance, on the first business day of each
quarter and are calculated based on the value of the account assets under management as of the close of
business on the last business day of the preceding calendar quarter. For example, for the third quarter of the year
(July – September), the investment account values as of June 30 are used for billing valuation purposes. At the
end of each calendar quarter, Ronald Blue & Co. will adjust a client’s investment management fee up for any
deposits into the account during the prior quarter and will adjust a client’s fee down for any withdrawals from the
account during the prior quarter. If the calculated fee adjustment is less than $25, a client will not receive a fee
adjustment. If investment management services begin after the start of a quarter, fees will be prorated
accordingly.

Some clients may own alternative investments, real estate investments, or other non-liquid investments that are
not valued quarterly or monthly by the investment sponsor or by a public pricing service. For billing on these
accounts, we will use the most recent value obtained from a third-party custodian (e.g., Fidelity, Schwab, Merrill
Lynch, etc.) or the most recent value provided by the investment sponsor.

                                           Estate Planning Fees
Estate Planning fees will be determined based on the time required to complete the estate plan, the complexity
of the client’s situation, the nature of the services being provided and any implementation of the estate plan.
Fees are mutually agreed upon between Ronald Blue & Co. and the client.

Estate Planning fees are typically charged on a fixed-fee basis. Hourly fee billing may also occur depending on the
specific arrangement agreed upon with the client. Fees, all or in part, may be billed in advance based on the total
fee. In the event of termination prior to completion of the estate plan, fees paid in advance will be prorated
based upon the amount of time spent on the project to date at the time of termination.

                 Family Office/Family Multi-Generational Planning Fees
Fees will be determined based on the nature of the services being provided and the complexity of each client’s
circumstances. Fees are mutually agreed upon when Ronald Blue & Co. and the client enter into a contract.

                                       Professional Athlete Fees
Fees will be determined based on the nature of the services being provided and the complexity of each client’s
circumstances. Fees may be based on the salary of the athlete and are specified in the Client Agreement. Fees are
mutually agreed upon when Ronald Blue & Co. and the client enter into a contract.
