A. Fee Schedule

terminate their contracts without penalty within five business days of signing the
advisory contract.

B. Payment of Fees

E. Outside Compensation For the Sale of Securities to Clients
OFG as a licensed insurance agency, receives commissions for the sale of insurance

products.Clientsshouldbeawarethatacceptingcommissionorothercompensationand
involves a conflict of interest, as commissionable products conflict with the fiduciary
duties of a registered investment adviser. ROFG always acts in the best interest of the
client;includingthesaleofcommissionableproductstoadvisoryclients.Clientsareinno
wayrequiredtopurchasesuchservicesorproductsthroughanyrepresentativeofROFG
in such individual’s outside capacities.
