Fees and Compensation — Form ADV Part 2A (5/29/2025) [Brochure]
Item 5 Fees and Compensation
Please refer to the "Advisory Business" section in this brochure for information on our advisory fees, fee
payment arrangements, and refund policies.

Additional Fees and Expenses
As part of our investment advisory services to you, we may invest, or recommend that you invest, in mutual
funds and exchange traded funds. The fees that you pay to our firm for investment advisory services are

separate and distinct from the fees and expenses charged by mutual funds or exchange traded funds
(described in each fund's prospectus) to their shareholders. These fees will generally include a management
fee and other fund expenses. You will also incur transaction charges and/or brokerage fees when purchasing
or selling securities. These charges and fees are typically imposed by the broker-dealer or custodian through
whom your account transactions are executed. We do not share in any portion of the brokerage
fees/transaction charges imposed by the broker-dealer or custodian. To fully understand the total cost you
will incur, you should review all the fees charged by mutual funds, exchange traded funds, our firm, and
others. For information on the fees by program or advisory service, please refer to the "Advisory Business"
section of this brochure. For information on our firm's brokerage practices, please refer to the "Brokerage
Practices" section of this brochure.

Variable annuity companies generally impose internal fees and expenses on your variable annuity
investment. These fees are in addition to the fees and expenses referenced above. Complete details of such
internal expenses are specified and disclosed in each variable annuity company's prospectus. Please review
the Variable Annuity prospectus for full details.

There are additional fees relating to IRA and Qualified Retirement Plan accounts that you may incur such as
maintenance and termination fees. You will find these fees disclosed in the account application paperwork
provided to you associated with these accounts.

Compensation for the Sale of Securities or Other Investment Products
Please be aware that you are under no obligation to purchase products or services recommended by us or
members of our firm in connection with providing you with any advisory service that we offer.

At our discretion, we may offset our advisory fees to the extent our associated persons earn commissions in
their separate capacities as registered representatives and/or insurance agents.
Account Minimums and Types of Clients — Form ADV Part 2A (5/29/2025) [Brochure]
Item 7 Types of Clients
We offer investment advisory services to individuals, pension and profit sharing plans, trusts, estates,
charitable organizations, corporations, and other business entities.

Our account minimum will depend on the specific advisory program you choose. However, we generally
require an account minimum of $500,000, which may be waived in our discretion.

Each Third Party Advisory Service that we offer has their own account minimum. Their account minimums
are disclosed to you through their own Form ADV and associated paperwork that will be presented to you.
