Papa Murphy's Holdings, Inc. is a franchisor and operator of the largest Take ‘N' Bake pizza chain in the United States. We were founded in 1981 and have a total of 1,437 system-wide stores as of December 31, 2018.

We have defined three reportable segments for the Company: Company Stores, Franchise, and Brand Funds. Financial information about segment operations appears in Selected Financial Data, Management's Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operations, and Financial Statements and Supplementary Data in Note 20-Segment Information of the accompanying Notes to Consolidated Financial Statements.

We are a Delaware corporation that was organized and then acquired a majority of the capital stock of PMI Holdings, Inc., our predecessor, in 2010. In May 2014, we completed our initial public offering of our common stock (the "IPO") and now our common stock trades on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the "FRSH" ticker symbol. Papa Murphy's Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiaries are sometimes referred to as the "Company," "Papa Murphy's," or in the first person as "we," "us," and "our" in this report.
