friends, relatives, or business associates of current clients. Each client's agreement will state their fee schedule.
Negotiability of Fees
To ensure the equal treatment of all clients, 1650 Wealth Management LLC's fees are generally not negotiable,
though 1650 Wealth Management LLC reserves the right to negotiate fees for accounts above $5 million.
The specific fees charged for each client is listed in the clients' fee section of their agreement with 1650.
Billing Process
1650 Wealth Management LLC bills client accounts in advance for a given quarter on the first business day of
that quarter by applying one fourth of the applicable annual fee to the closing market value of the household,
including accrued interest or margin balances on the just-concluded quarter's last trading day. An account
billed on the first business day of January, for example, applies one fourth of the appropriate household rate to
the account's market value on the last trading day of December. Clients generally authorize 1650 Wealth
Management LLC to directly debit fees from their accounts. Management fees shall be prorated for each
capital contribution and withdrawal made during the applicable calendar quarter (with the exception of de
minimis contributions and withdrawals). Accounts initiated or terminated during a calendar quarter will be
charged a prorated fee. Proration of fees for new accounts will start at the beginning of the following quarter.
Proration for terminated accounts will occur as of the date of termination Upon termination of any account,
any prepaid, unearned fees will be promptly refunded, and any earned, unpaid fees will be due and payable.
1650 Wealth Management LLC does not charge a management fee for any unusually large cash balances
maintained within their clients' accounts. Clients are provided with a quarterly invoice which includes the
formula used to calculate the fee, the amount of assets under management on which the fee is based and the
time period covered by the fee. 1650 reserves the right to waive the management fee at any point for various
reasons.
Householding is generally understood to occur when a financial firm groups accounts based on their
preexisting relationship with one another. Such as accounts of a married couple and their adult children living
at home.
1650 Wealth Management LLC's fees are exclusive of brokerage commissions, transaction fees, and other
related costs and expenses which shall be incurred by the client. Clients can incur certain charges imposed by
custodians, brokers, , custodial fees, deferred sales charges, odd-lot differentials, transfer taxes, wire transfer
and electronic fund fees, and other fees, such as margin interest fees and taxes on brokerage accounts and
securities transactions. Mutual funds, market linked notes and exchange traded funds also charge internal
management fees, which are disclosed in a fund's prospectus.

Such charges, fees and commissions are exclusive of and in addition to 1650 Wealth Management LLC's fee,
and 1650 Wealth Management LLC shall not receive any portion of these commissions, fees, and costs.
The calculation of fees is based on the values in our portfolio management system, which may vary from the
valuations of your custodian for various reasons, such as variances due to factors associated with accrued
interest, different pricing sources, transaction timing, corporate actions, trade settlement, and accounting
methods.
Item 12 further describes the factors that 1650 Wealth Management LLC considers in selecting or
recommending broker-dealers for client transactions and determining the reasonableness of their
compensation (e.g., commissions).
