Fees and Compensation — Form ADV Part 2A (5/14/2026) [Brochure]
Item 5 – Fees and Compensation

The following paragraphs detail the fee structure and compensation methodology for services provided by the
Advisor. Each Client engaging the Advisor for services described herein shall be required to enter into one or
more agreements with the Advisor.

A. Fees for Advisory Services
Comprehensive Wealth Management Services
Comprehensive Wealth Management Services are paid quarterly, in advance of each calendar quarter, pursuant
to the terms of the Comprehensive Wealth Management Agreement. Comprehensive Wealth Management fees
are based on the market value of assets under management at the end of the respective calendar quarter.
Comprehensive Wealth Management fees range from .70 to 2.25%. Fees are determined by the Advisor's initial
consultation with the Client to review the complexity of wealth management needs of the Client’s household. All
fees and minimums are subject to negotiation. Del-Sette may offer household rates to certain households and
their family members.

The comprehensive wealth management fee in the first quarter of service is prorated from the inception date of
the account[s] to the end of the quarter. Fees may be negotiable at the sole discretion of the Advisor. The
Client’s fee will take into consideration the aggregate assets under management with the Advisor. All securities
held in accounts managed by Del-Sette will be independently valued by the Custodian. Del-Sette will conduct
periodic reviews of the Custodian’s valuation to ensure accurate billing. Certain existing Clients may have legacy
fee schedules that differ from the schedules above.

The Advisor’s fee is exclusive of, and in addition to any applicable securities transaction and custody fees, and
other related costs and expenses described in Item 5.C below, which may be incurred by the Client. However,
the Advisor shall not receive any portion of these commissions, fees, and costs

Estate Planning Services (Vanilla Estate Planning)
Clients who engage the Advisor for Comprehensive Wealth Management will have the cost of Vanilla covered by
the Advisor.

investment advisory agreement. For 403(b) assets, investment advisory fees are paid at the end of each
calendar quarter. Investment advisory fees are based on the market value of assets under management at the
end of the respective calendar quarter. Investment advisory fees are based on the following schedule:

Assets Under Management ($) Annual Rate (%)
                          Up to $1,000,000 1.0%
                         $1,000,000 and up .70%

Held-Away Assets- Advisory fees for Held-Away Assets are governed by the specific terms of the Client
agreement and/or the third-party fee authorization forms required by the external custodian. Due to the distinct
operational, reporting, and administrative requirements of managing Held-Away Assets, these accounts are
typically billed at a flat percentage rate rather than the tiered breakpoint schedule applied to primary custodial
accounts. Because Held-Away Assets are not househeld or aggregated with other client assets, they do not
contribute toward the asset thresholds required to achieve a reduced fee rate (breakpoint).Clients should be
aware that excluding Held-Away Assets from householding may result in a higher effective advisory fee than if all
assets were aggregated and billed under a single tiered schedule. In instances where a third-party custodial form
requires the election of a single, flat fee percentage, that rate will govern the billing of the specific Held-Away
Asset regardless of the tiered schedule applicable to the client's other accounts.

Insurance Consulting
Fees for insurance consulting services are charged in accordance with the Client’s investment management
services or range of fees on either a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis, pursuant to the terms of the Client
agreement. Insurance consulting fees are based on the market value of assets under management in the
contract. Fees may be negotiable depending on the size and complexity of the contract.

Financial Planning Services
Del-Sette typically offers financial planning services as a component of Comprehensive Wealth Management
Services described above. Del-Sette may also offer its financial planning services as a standalone service on a
fixed engagement basis, with a minimum fee of $5,000. Fees may be negotiable based on the nature and
complexity of the services to be provided and the overall relationship with the Advisor. An estimate for overall
