With regard to U.S. clients, Adviser provides investment advice to an ETF, a registered
investment company (mutual fund) that trades on the secondary market, and to SMAs
established solely for institutional clients. Dragon Capital Management (HK) Limited also
serves as adviser to a private investment fund that is no longer held out to U.S. investors.
Adviser provides investment management services that target exposure to equities in Vietnam
markets across both SMA and ETF strategies, and it is expected that many of the SMA holdings
will also be held by the ETF on an ongoing basis.
