Item	5.	Fees	and	Compensation
The firm’s investment management fee (“Management Fee”) is 150 bps (1.50%) per annum, paid each
calendar quarter, calculated on the monthly average value of managed assets in the prior quarter, and
subject to a minimum quarterly fee. Clients will not be charged a total management fee over 3%. Legacy
accounts may have a different Management Fee that were discussed at time of agreement and not all
clients will pay the same fee for the same service.

Lower fees may be available from other sources.

Advisory fees are paid quarterly in arrears by invoice, payment forms accepted are check, ACH transfer,
or wire.

EBAM fees may be negotiable and will depend on factors such as size of investment and complexity of
required services.

Custodians who hold client accounts also charge transaction fees and account-related or administrative
fees. Mutual funds also charge internal management expenses. Please review your account agreement
from your custodian to determine whether any such custodian fees apply.

EBAM does not receive any portion of fees or expenses charged by mutual funds or custodians, nor does
the firm or any supervised person accept compensation for the sale of securities or other investment
products, including asset-based sales charges or service fees from the sale of mutual funds.
