Fees and Compensation — Form ADV Part 2A (8/3/2026) [Brochure]
Item 5 – Fees and Compensation
Asset Management: Freedom charges a fee for Asset Management that is based on the assets under
management. Clients engage Freedom for Asset Management by signing an advisory agreement that
outlines our services and provides a description of the fees charged (“Advisory Fees”). The following
is our standard fee schedule:

                                  Assets Managed Advisory Fee
                                   First $250,000 1.25%
                                   Next $250,000 1.10%
                                   Next $500,000 1.00%
                                  Next $1,000,000 0.85%
                                  Over $2,000,000 0.75%

Advisory Fees for accounts at Betterment will be calculated daily, and the cumulated daily advisory fee
will be debited at the end of each month. Accounts at Altruist will be billed on the average daily balance.
The Advisory Fee is tiered, so clients pay the rate that correlates to their assets under management –
so it is not a breakpoint fee.

Advisory Fees we charge are separate and distinct from the fees and expenses charged by investments
like mutual funds and exchange traded funds (ETFs). In these cases, the fees and expenses are
described in each fund's prospectus or available through common financial websites. These fees will
generally include a management fee, other fund expenses, and a possible distribution fee. It’s important
to know that our Advisory Fee is separate and in addition to the fee charged by Betterment.
The value used to calculate the Advisory Fee will include all positions in the account, cash, dividends,
accrued interest and interest payments unless specifically excluded in the Special Instructions section
of the Agreement.

In addition to our Advisor Fee, clients are also responsible for the transaction charges, fees and other
expenses charged and imposed by the firm (“Custodian”) who holds the client assets. Advisory Fees
may be negotiated, lowered or waived for family, friends, historical relationships or based upon the
complexity level of the client situation. Accordingly, some clients may pay a fee lower than the standard
fee schedule above. Clients provide us authorization to electronically debit our fees in the Agreement
and custodial paperwork. Clients can cancel the Agreement for Investment Management without any
charges and penalties within 5 business days after contract execution.

We are paid directly by the IRA Custodian for Freedom IRA accounts and not from the investing client.

Financial Consulting: Fees for Financial Consulting (“Consulting Fees”) are based on the
arrangement and will be fixed as detailed in the Financial Consulting Agreement (“Consulting
Agreement”). The Consulting Fees will not exceed $50,000 per engagement. Consulting Fees are due
upon engagement or charged monthly in advance as noted in the Consulting Agreement. Financial
Consulting fees can be paid by check, ACH, or through third-party payment programs.

ERISA Plan Services: Fees for Retirement Plan Advisory Services range from 0% to 1.5% and are
fully described in the Retirement Plan Services Agreement the client signs to engage us. Retirement
Plan Advisory Fees are paid by the custodian, record-keeper or trustee as authorized by the client in
our Retirement Plan Advisory Agreement. The fee is typically charged quarterly and will be either in
advance or arrears.

Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation Plan (“NQDC”) Management: Fees for Retirement Plan
Advisory Services will not exceed 1% of the total assets managed. The NQDC fee is charged in
advance or arrears and either on a monthly or quarterly basis. We consider cash and cash equivalents
to be an asset class, and as such include the same in the NQDC fee calculation. Details of the
arrangement are explained in the Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation Plan Agreement.

Termination: For any of our programs, the client has the ability to terminate five days after signing our
agreements with no penalties. For programs billed in advance we will rebate the unused portion of the
fee charged in advance from the data of termination. For accounts billed in arrears, the client owes our
fees through the date of termination.

Insurance Sales: Some Representatives may be licensed to sell insurance products. This can create a
conflict to obtain a commission that the Client should understand. We hold to our fiduciary responsibility
to provide recommendations in the best interest of the Client. If Clients elect to act on any of the
recommendations, they are under no obligation to affect the transactions through us.
