ITEM 5. FEES AND COMPENSATION

Unless otherwise provided in the corresponding series supplements for the Master Series, Glide
Capital charges an annual fee of 0.35% per year with a minimum fee of $20,000 per Master Series.
Glide Capital’s management fees are generally accrued monthly and typically paid quarterly in
arrears. Third Party Funds are compensated for their services through asset-based fees and may also
be compensated through performance-based fees.

Glide Platform charges management fees for the creation and operation of the Investor Fund Series
which typically range from 0.30% to 1.00%, depending on the size and complexity of the Investor
Fund Series, as described in such Investor Fund Series’ series supplement. In addition, each Series
Advisor may charge an advisory and/or performance fee and each Investor Fund Series will incur
certain operating expenses, including but not limited to audit, tax, legal, fund administration and
banking costs, as described further in the corresponding series supplement and/or private placement
memorandum.

ITEM 7. TYPES OF CLIENTS

Glide Capital provides investment management services exclusively to the Master Funds and each
Master Series. However, Glide Capital may in the future provide advisory or sub-advisory services
to one or more Investor Fund Series. All investors into the Investor Fund Series must be either
“accredited investors” or “Qualified Purchasers”, as stipulated in the Portfolio Supplement for the
Investor Fund Series.
