Metronome provides discretionary investment management services to private funds and institutional clients
in managed accounts. Investors in client accounts can include, but are not limited to: family offices,
endowments, pension and profit-sharing plans, trusts, estates, high-net worth individuals, and corporations and
other business entities.

Although the Firm has the authority to accept subscriptions for a lesser amount, the required minimum initial
investment in a fund is generally US$1,000,000 or Euro equivalent. Subsequent investments of US$100,000 or
Euro equivalent can be made after initial investment.

For managed accounts, the minimum level of investment would be determined on a case-by-case basis.
