| Fees and Compensation — Form ADV Part 2A (2/13/2026) [Brochure] |
|---|
Item 5 – Fees and Compensation There are Legacy Clients of the Firm who receive different services under different fee structures that are no longer on offer by the firm. Open Retainer Annual Fee: $12,000 - $50,000 The Annual Fee is payable quarterly, in advance, meaning that the firm invoices the client at the beginning of every three-month calendar billing period. Fees are calculated based on the Firm’s understanding of the complexity of the client’s financial situation and the scope, amount, type, and extent of the services that the client needs. Clients authorize the Firm to deduct its fee directly from the clients’ accounts held at an independent custodian. Clients authorize the Firm to instruct the custodian to deduct its fee as it becomes due and payable. If a client has more than one account, the Firm will make the determination as to which account it will take the fee based on the client’s best interest or the client’s instruction. Clients consent to the Firm billing their accounts disproportionately if necessary due to insufficient funds in a given account or if it is in their best interest. In the event that the Firm cannot directly deduct its fee from a client’s account or if a client elects to pay the fee directly, we will invoice the client for the fee as it becomes due and payable. When clients make payment directly, we accept payment by check, ACH, or credit card. Clients are entitled to a refund of any fee paid in advance and not earned at the time an advisory contract is terminated. Natural Bridges Financial Advisors will promptly refund any prepaid unearned fee. Sub-Advisor Fee The fees of the Sub-Advisor are separate from and in addition to Advisor’s fee, and those fees are set out in the Sub-Advisor’s disclosure documents and any separate advisory services agreement that the client signs with the Sub-Advisor. The client is responsible for Sub- Advisor’s fee. We do not receive any portion of Sub-Advisor’s fee. Clients authorizes the Sub- Advisor to deduct its fee directly from their accounts at the independent qualified custodian where their assets are held. Other fees Clients may incur certain charges imposed by custodians, brokers, third party investment and other third parties such as fees charged by managers, custodial fees, deferred sales charges, odd-lot differentials, transfer taxes, wire transfer and electronic fund fees, and other fees and taxes on brokerage accounts and securities transactions. Exchange traded funds and Mutual funds also charge internal management fees, which are disclosed in a fund’s prospectus. Such charges, fees and commissions are exclusive of and in addition to the Firm’s fee, and we do not receive any portion of these commissions, fees, and costs. |
