period, after taking into account deposits and withdrawals, for purposes of determining
the market value of the assets upon which the advisory fee is based.

These fees are generally negotiable, and the final fee schedule will be memorialized in

Pension Consulting Services Fees

Asset-Based Fees for Pension Consulting

Fees for institutional client services are generally based on plan size and services
rendered.

Fees generally range from 0.05% to 1.00% of assets based on level of service and may also
include a flat fee. Fees are quoted on a case by case basis, and may be negotiable in certain
circumstances, such as when the firm provides more limited services with another adviser
in a co-advisory arrangement.

Fees are generally due quarterly either in advance or in arrears. Fees can sometimes be
deducted directly from the plan, but clients may elect to instead pay fees by check or wire
transfer.
