Item 7. Types of Clients
As noted above, Riposte currently provides investment advice to private investment funds, and a UCITs
Fund and in the future, may advise other private investment funds and/or separately managed accounts. The
Investors in the Funds may include high net worth individuals, other investment entities, university
endowments, family offices, pension and profit- sharing plans, trusts, charitable organizations, other
corporations or business entities that qualify as accredited investors (as defined in Rule 501 under the
Securities Act of 1933, as amended) and qualified purchasers (as defined under the Investment Company
Act of 1940, as amended).
The Funds generally have a minimum investment amount of $1,000,000. However, the Adviser may waive
or reduce the minimum investment at its sole discretion.
There is no minimum allocation amount with respect to any separately managed account Client.
