under management of $3,000,000 and under will be charged a total fee of 1.45% annually. Advisory fees,
for clients of $3,000,001 and above, are negotiable depending upon the needs of the client and complexity
of the asset management services provided, as well as the level of administration requested either directly
or assumed by the client. In no event will advisory fees exceed 1.45%. Assets in each of your account(s)

agreed upon between Ross Wealth Advisors and the client and will be disclosed in the client agreement."

The fee schedule is set forth below:

Investment advisory fees of Advisor are charged based on a percentage of assets under management,
billed in arrears (at the end of the billing period) on a monthly basis and calculated based on the
average daily balance of the Account during the current billing period. Fees are prorated based on the
number of days service is provided during each billing period. If asset management services
commenced in the middle of the billing period, then the prorated fee for that billing period will be billed
in arrears at the end of that billing period.

If the portfolio management agreement is executed at any time other than the first day of a calendar
quarter, our fees will apply on a pro rata basis, which means that the advisory fee is payable in
proportion to the number of days in the quarter for which you are a client. Our advisory fee is
negotiable, depending on individual client circumstances.

We will deduct our fee directly from your account through the qualified custodian holding your funds
and securities. We will deduct our advisory fee only when the following requirements are met:

     • You provide our firm with written authorization permitting the fees to be paid directly from your
account held by the qualified custodian; and
     • The qualified custodian agrees to send you a statement, at least quarterly, indicating all
amounts disbursed from your account including the amount of the advisory fee paid directly to
       our firm.

If you have any questions about the statement(s) you receive from the qualified custodian call our main
office number located on the cover page of this brochure.

You may terminate the portfolio management agreement upon written notice. You will incur a pro rata
charge for services rendered prior to the termination of the portfolio management agreement, which
means you will incur advisory fees only in proportion to the number of days in the quarter for which you
are a client. If you have pre-paid advisory fees that we have not yet earned, you will receive a prorated
refund of those fees.

Selection of Other Advisors Fees
Services provided through AEWM’s managed account program are offered both on a non-wrap fee
basis and through a wrap fee program. If you choose to receive services on a non-wrap fee basis, you
may pay separate commissions, ticket charges, and custodian fees for the execution of transactions in
your account. These charges (if applicable) will be in addition to any investment management fee that
you may pay to AEWM and to our firm. If you choose to receive services through the wrap fee
program, you will only pay fees based on assets under management and you will not pay a separate
commission, ticket charge, or custodian fee, for the execution of transactions in your account. AEWM
and our firm will receive a portion of the fee as compensation for services. The annual fee will be
specified in your co-advisory agreement with AEWM and our firm. A more detailed description of fees
related to AEWM’s managed account program is located in AEWM’s disclosure brochure which will be
provided to you if we offer you services through AEWM. Fees are charged monthly in arrears based on
an average daily balance.

Additional Fees and Expenses
As part of our investment advisory services to you, we may invest, or recommend that you invest, in
mutual funds and exchange traded funds. The fees that you pay to our firm for investment advisory
services are separate and distinct from the fees and expenses charged by mutual funds or exchange
traded funds (described in each fund's prospectus) to their shareholders. These fees will generally
include a management fee and other fund expenses. For non-wrap accounts, you will also incur
transaction charges and/or brokerage fees when purchasing or selling securities. These charges and
fees are typically imposed by the broker-dealer or custodian through whom your account transactions
are executed. We do not share in any portion of the brokerage fees/transaction charges imposed by
the broker-dealer or custodian. To fully understand the total cost you will incur, you should review all
the fees charged by mutual funds, exchange traded funds, our firm, and others. For information on our
brokerage practices, refer to the Brokerage Practices section of this brochure.

Compensation for the Sale of Securities or Other Investment Products

however, we have the right to terminate your Account if it falls below a minimum size which, in our sole
