Item 5. Fees and Compensation
In compensation for its investment advisory services, SG Real Estate I is typically entitled to a
management fee or equivalent fee arrangement that is based upon a percentage of assets under
management from each Fund. The specific terms of fees payable by each Fund Agreement.
Management fees are typically charged either monthly or quarterly in advance. Funds also
generally bear other fees and expenses, which include, but are not limited to including travel, legal,
accounting, advising, consulting, ownership, management, operation, acquisition, improvement,
financing, refinancing, hedging of interest rates on financing, and all other expenses incurred in
connection with the management of the assets held in a Fund and other fees or expenses as
disclosed in greater detail in each Fund Agreement.

Item 7. Types of Clients
The Manager provides investment advisory services solely to unregistered pooled investment
vehicles. Advisory services are provided directly to the Funds, not individually to the Fund’s end
investors.
