Fees and Compensation — Form ADV Part 2A (4/28/2026) [Brochure]
Item 5 - Fees and Compensation

Fees for Portfolio Management
The annualized investment fee, based on a percentage of assets under management, is 1%. The
applicable fee for any other planning or consulting services provided by us shall be agreed to in
writing by the parties. In limited instances, fees may be negotiable at our sole discretion. Portfolio
management fees are generally payable quarterly, in advance. If management begins after the
start of a quarter, fees will be prorated accordingly. With your authorization, unless other
arrangements are made, fees are debited directly from one of your accounts. Either party may
terminate our Investment Advisory Agreement at any time subject to any written notice
requirements in the Agreement, by giving 30 days prior written notice of termination to the other
party. In the event of termination, we will wind down the account in accordance with your
instructions, and any paid but unearned fees after the 30th day will be promptly refunded to you
based on the number of days that the account was managed, and any fees due to us from you will
be invoiced or deducted from your account prior to termination.

Fees for Financial Planning and Consulting for Businesses
If provided as a standalone service (not in conjunction with portfolio management), fees for this
service are:

 Tier 1: either $7,500 flat or $500 per hour
    Tier 2: either $12,000–$18,000
    Tier 3: $20,000 or more

Clients who wish to combine this service with portfolio management services can do so and
receive a reduction on the financial planning fees. To qualify for a reduction of financial planning
fees, clients must have the minimum amount of assets managed by Stableford. Item 4 (above)
iterates the tiers and their corresponding dollar amount ranges. For example, Tier 2 requires at
least $2 million managed by Stableford in order to qualify for a reduction in the financial planning
fees. The reduction of financial planning fees that clients receive will be no more than the amount
of fees paid for portfolio management services.

Fees for this service may be billed directly through custodial accounts for clients with assets under
management at Stableford. For clients without custodial accounts at Stableford, payments will be
accepted by ACH, wire, or check.

Retirement Plan Advisory Services Fees
The advisory fee will be charged as a percentage of assets under advisement within the Plan and
typically ranges up to 1.00%. Fees are individually negotiated at the time of the engagement and
are based on factors that include, but are not limited to, the complexity and size of the Plan,

anticipated future additional assets, and the specific services to be provided. The specific fee
arrangement will be set forth in the Plan’s written agreement with us.

Model Portfolio fees for Retirement Plan Participants
Participants of retirement plans, who chose to invest in our Model Portfolios options, are subject
to an additional investment management fee, as Model Portfolios are under our discretionary
management. Model Portfolios charge an annual investment management fee of .25%. The fee is
deducted from the Participant’s Retirement Plan account each quarter. Plan Participants will also
have the option of investing only in options that do not include Model Portfolios (i.e., the Plan
Participants may elect to invest in one or more of the mutual funds or exchange traded fund
options made available in the Plan and choose not to invest in Model Portfolios at all).

Additional Fees and Expenses
Fees paid to us are exclusive of all custodial and transaction costs paid to your custodian, brokers,
or other third-party consultants. Please see “Item 12 – Brokerage Practices” for additional
information. Fees paid to us are also separate and distinct from the fees and expenses charged by
mutual funds, ETFs (exchange traded funds) or other investment pools to their shareholders
(generally including a management fee and fund expenses, as described in each fund’s
prospectus, or offering materials). You should review all fees charged by funds, brokers, us, and
others to fully understand the total amount of fees you pay for investment and financial-related
services.

Other Compensation
One or more of our Supervised Persons independent insurance agents. As such, they are entitled
to receive commissions or other remuneration on the sale of insurance products in their capacity
as an independent insurance agent. This creates an incentive to recommend insurance products
based on the compensation received. We address and mitigate this conflict by only recommending
these products when there is a demonstrated need and by not charging an advisory fee on any
assets from which transaction-based compensation, represented by commissions, has been
received. Commissions from insurance products are paid by the insurance company who issued
the product. Clients have the option to purchase these products from other agents.
