Fees and Compensation — Form ADV Part 2A (6/30/2026) [Brochure]
Item 5 – Fees and Compensation

Financial Planning Services Fees
Financial planning services are offered on a project basis. The fee for a financial plan typically ranges from $2,000
to $30,000. The fee may be negotiable depending upon the complexity and scope of the services provided. The
exact fee and services agreed upon are described in the Client Financial Planning Services Agreement. Lower fees
for comparable services may be available from other investment advisers or financial planners.

Payment Methods
ARCAP generally requires a 50% upfront deposit with the remaining balance due upon completion and delivery of the
financial plan.

Fee Offset Incentive
Should Client engage ARCAP for Discretionary Investment Management within 180 days following delivery of the
financial plan, Client shall receive a credit equal to 100% of the financial planning fees paid. This credit is applied
against investment management fees until fully exhausted. This offset incentive is available only for investment
management accounts with a minimum initial funding of $250,000, which may be met by aggregating accounts
within the same household. The fee offset is non-transferable and has no cash value if investment management
services are not engaged within the specified timeframe. This fee offset incentive represents a material conflict of
interest as it may influence Client's decision to engage ARCAP for investment management services rather than
implementing recommendations independently or through another adviser.

Other Fees and Expenses
Implementation of a financial plan will incur additional costs such as custodial fees and brokerage fees which Clients
should carefully review. The Firm may recommend its Discretionary Investment Management and/or the purchase
of insurance products. Certain representatives of ARCAP, including Mr. Harry Armon, are licensed insurance agents
with multiple insurance carriers. Representatives receive commissions directly from insurance sales in addition to
financial planning fees paid to ARCAP; this represents a material conflict of interest as representatives may be
incentivized to recommend insurance products based on the compensation received rather than solely on Clients'
needs. Insurance commissions do not offset financial planning fees. Clients are under no obligations to purchase
any insurance products through ARCAP's IARs or to implement any recommendations.

Termination Provisions, Refunds and Assignments
Prior to initiating financial planning services, the Client will be required to enter into a written agreement that sets
forth the terms and conditions of the engagement and describes the scope of services provided.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time upon written notice. If the agreement is terminated prior to
plan delivery, any prepaid fees shall be refunded based on the percentage of work completed as reasonably
determined by ARCAP. No refund is available after the written financial plan has been delivered to Client.

Discretionary Investment Management Fees
The annual fee for the Firm's Discretionary Investment Management is charged as a percentage of assets under
management ("AUM"), according to the fee table below. The applicable rate is applied to the entire balance.

             Assets Under Management Annual Fee
                  Up to $1,000,000 1.50%
            Over $1,000,000 to $3,000,000 1.30%
                  Over $3,000,000 1.00%

ARCAP "households" or combines accounts/assets of the same household for purposes of calculating and
potentially reducing fees. Immediate family members residing at the same address may be aggregated to achieve
a reduced fee based on combined assets. Eligibility is determined by ARCAP based on documented family
relationships and shared residence.

Fees may be negotiated. Lower fees for comparable services may be available from other investment advisers.

                                                                                                            6|Page

Payment Methods
Fees for Discretionary Investment Management are calculated based on the account value on the last business
day of the billing period (monthly or quarterly) and directly deducted from Client's account(s) at Interactive Brokers
LLC ("Interactive Brokers"), the Firm's designated custodian. Fees may be deducted monthly or quarterly in arrears.
Clients will receive statements from Interactive Brokers on a quarterly basis. Should you believe your fee is
calculated incorrectly, please contact ARCAP promptly to resolve this issue.

Fees are prorated for partial periods based on the number of business days the account was under management.
The timing of deposits and withdrawals during the billing period may significantly impact advisory fees, as fees are
based on the period-end account value.

Assets Held Away from Interactive Brokers
Certain investments may be held directly with sponsors or with transfer agents rather than at Interactive Brokers.
For these held-away assets, advisory fees are calculated using the same fee schedule and are typically deducted
from the Client's account at Interactive Brokers. In certain circumstances, ARCAP may invoice clients directly.
Clients are responsible for providing valuations of held-away assets on a quarterly basis.
Other Fees and Expenses
The "annualized fee" excludes brokerage costs such as commissions, markups, markdowns, transaction fees, and
underlying mutual fund and ETF expenses. ARCAP does not receive or share in any such fees.

When ARCAP recommends ETFs or mutual funds, Clients are paying two layers of fees:

            • The direct advisory fee paid to ARCAP according to the fee table,
            • The indirect fees and expenses charged by the ETF or mutual fund (e.g., management fees,

ARCAP offers investment advisory services to individuals and high net worth individuals. The Firm does not
require a specified minimum account size for Discretionary Investment Management. However, the fee offset
incentive described in Item 5 requires a minimum initial funding of $250,000 to receive the financial planning fee
credit against investment management fees.
