Fees and Compensation — Form ADV Part 2A (9/29/2025) [Brochure]
Item 5 – Fees and Compensation

The amount and specific situation in which fees are charged is established in a client’s written
agreement. The amount of the fees charged is based on various factors, including, but not limited
to, the scope of services, the complexity of such services and the nature of the client relationship
(e.g., non-discretionary or discretionary). Fees may be billed on a fixed retainer basis or calculated
as a percentage of assets under management. As general practice, we bill fees on a monthly or
quarterly basis. The client is generally billed in arrears, although we may agree with a client to bill
in advance in certain circumstances. Clients are invoiced directly for fees. We are not authorized to
directly debit fees from client accounts. Accounts initiated or terminated during a calendar month
or quarter, as applicable, will be charged a prorated fee. Upon termination of any client account,
any prepaid, unearned fees will be promptly refunded, and any earned, unpaid fees will be due and
payable. In many instances, client agreements may be terminated before agreement expiration. Our
general consulting fee can range from .05% to .15%, investment advisory and services fees are a
maximum of 1.00%.
